Ways to Give

Thank you for your interest in the Mayfield Education & Research Foundation.

Today, more than 50 million Americans are living with a neurological disease, and more than 20,000 individuals are served by Mayfield Brain & Spine each year. The Mayfield Education & Research Foundation is thus uniquely positioned to impact people all around us: our colleagues, our neighbors, and the friends and family we hold most dear. We seek to build upon our knowledge and expertise to give hope for an improved condition, a better quality of life, a cure. There are many ways to show your support. The Mayfield Foundation may accept a donation online, by phone, mail, through a stock transfer or through your retirement plan and donor advised fund.

The Mayfield Education & Research Foundation is a 501c3 organization. Our tax ID number is 31-0921099.

Donor Advised Funds allow donors to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction, and then recommend grants from the fund over time.

Grants made to the Mayfield Foundation through Donor Advised Funds can be designated for the Mayfield Foundation to use wherever the need is greatest or aligned with areas that match the donor's interest, such as brain tumor, cerebrovascular research, or complex spine research.

The Mayfield Education & Research Foundation is listed with several large Donor Advised Fund sponsor organizations in the US. Clients of Fidelity Charitable, Schwab Charitable, and BNY Mellon can easily make a designation through the DAF Direct window on this page.
